Hemlock (tincture): preparation, use for cancer, reviews. Treatment of cancer with hemlock, its medicinal properties and contraindications How to treat cancer with hemlock

Readers often ask for information about this legendary plant, which is credited with miraculous cures for cancer. I heard from doctors working in clinics in small towns and villages about real cases of recovery with the help of hemlock tincture. But we must remember that hemlock is a poisonous plant, and it should be used only as a last resort for malignant tumors, when all possible medical measures have been taken: chemotherapy, radiation, and used to help them, and not instead. And of course, you should not use it to “prevent” cancer. Hemlock poison accumulates in the liver and disrupts its functioning forever. One can come to terms with this when the conversation is about life and death, but killing the liver for “preventive purposes” is at least strange. There are more harmless and no less effective ways to cleanse the body of carcinogens. In addition, unsystematic repeated use of the drug tincture can lead to the appearance of individual cells - degenerates, which almost do not respond to any medications. In addition, there is a high probability of a malfunction of the immune system. So what happens when the time comes for hemlock to fight a real, real tumor?

The main active ingredients of hemlock are alkaloids (poisons): coniine, pseudoconiine, propylpiperidine. They slow down the cell division of tumors. But, unfortunately, this poison also has a negative effect on normally dividing cells. Usually, a full course using proven methods (Tishchenko, Danikova) does not lead to side effects. The main purpose of hemlock tincture is immunostimulation.

For the human body, the poison coniine is an antigen. The body, rejecting it, produces antibodies that are activated and destroy cancer cells.

Treatment with this drug is effective, especially for leukemia and metastatic tumors with a prognosis of complete cure or transition of the disease into remission. But the use of any medicinal product, and especially such as hemlock tincture, should be under the supervision of a doctor.

Hemlock is a biennial herbaceous plant from the Apiaceae family. In the first year, a bunch of basal leaves and hemlocks develop, very similar to parsley in leaves and roots, which has been the cause of repeated poisonings. In the second year, a branched stem up to two meters high develops strongly. It is furrowed, bare, with a bluish coating, and below with reddish-brown spots. The leaves are vaginal, glabrous, on long petioles, pinnate, with ovate-oval leaves, the flowers are small, white, collected in an inflorescence - a complex umbrella. The fruits are grayish-green, ovoid, two-seeded seeds with wavy ribs, similar to dill seeds. The plant has a sharp, unpleasant mouse odor. Blooms from May to September. Hemlock is a very common plant. Likes to grow near damp places, but does not tolerate moisture itself. Often found along railroad tracks, near rivers and lakes, on the edges of vegetable gardens and along fences.

For treatment, it is better to collect fresh inflorescences. The raw materials are picked, placed in a half-liter jar and crushed with the tips of scissors, then poured into another container, for example, a three-liter bottle (this is approximately the course of treatment), in which it will be infused. There should already be a little vodka in the bowl, because hemlock “burns,” that is, it self-heats, losing some of its properties. Shake the contents as they are filled. You need to collect about a third of the bottle of raw materials, chopped as finely as possible, and if you take inflorescences, then fill the container to the top with them and lightly press them, on average, the amount is the same. Then the bottle is topped up with vodka and placed in the refrigerator or other dark, cool place.

Young hemlock shoots can also be used as a raw material, and this is the best of all types of raw materials. It does not have an irritating or suppressive effect on the body; moreover, it is a strong pain reliever for cancer.

What to do if the hemlock has already bloomed? No problem: he throws out young leaves near the roots - this is an excellent raw material, and later the seeds will come - they can also be used. Take two parts by volume of young leaves and seeds to 4 parts of 90-proof alcohol. Seal the container tightly and place it in a cool, dark place (refrigerator) for 18 days. After this period, the hood is ready for use.

Although tincture made from fresh raw materials is always more effective, hemlock can be dried for future use.

Collection time: May-September. Leaves and flowers are harvested at the beginning of flowering and dried in the usual way in the shade in the fresh air, separately from other plants. The seeds are collected from the umbels and dried in the same way as leaves and flowers. When the umbrellas dry, the seeds fall out easily. Store raw materials in a hermetically sealed container, separately from other plants: do not forget - this is a strong poison. Shelf life - two years.

The poison coniine, the active ingredient in hemlock, causes muscle contraction in small doses, and paralysis in toxic doses. Poisoning occurs when stems, mistakenly taken by children for angelica, from which whistles are made, enter the mouth, when eating seeds similar to dill, or when beds with vegetable crops are clogged. Hemlock causes contact damage to the skin and mucous membranes, which occurs as severe allergic reactions. When poisoned by this plant, the limbs become heavy, those poisoned complain of coldness of the whole body and a crawling sensation in the limbs, the face is pale, swallowing is difficult, symptoms such as unsteadiness, dizziness, dilated pupils appear, objects in front of the eyes blur or fluctuate. There is a burning sensation in the mouth, throat, salivation, nausea, and vomiting. In mild cases of poisoning, gastrointestinal upset occurs. In severe cases, there is ascending paralysis, which can lead to death from respiratory paralysis. Therefore, it is necessary to be careful when harvesting hemlock and wash your hands thoroughly after handling it.

At the first signs, you need to repeatedly induce vomiting using warm water, flaxseed or hemp oil. Take orally a 5-10 percent solution of hydrochloric acid, a 5 percent solution of tannin, 30 tablets of activated carbon, a saline laxative - 30 g of magnesium sulfate in half a glass of water. It is necessary to take cardiac medications - caffeine, camphor, fresh air, warm wrapping, artificial respiration will also help.

Hemlock tincture is prescribed according to Tishchenko’s first method: in the morning on an empty stomach, an hour before meals, half a glass of water - one drop of infusion. The next day at the same time - two drops, and so on, daily increasing the dose to forty drops. Then, just as gradually, reducing one drop daily, return to one drop.

This must be repeated 2-3 times, with breaks of 8-12 months.

During these long breaks, treatment with other herbs and herbs is mandatory. For some tumors, it is advisable to supplement internal treatment with external treatment, which is carried out in courses of 10 consecutive days 2-3 times a year. During breaks, other medicinal herbs are used. There are several methods for taking hemlock, but this is the safest - here you can, focusing on the condition, prevent overdoses.

Firstly, hemlock is always taken with water, or better yet, an aqueous decoction of oregano. It is necessary to take into account its quantity - the more water, the softer the poison is perceived by the body. Up to 13 drops, 100 ml of water is given, from 13 to 26 - 150 ml, and from 26 to 40 - 200 ml of raw water. Do the same when reducing the dose, only in reverse order.

Secondly, monitor your condition: if after 30-35 drops signs of poisoning appear - nausea, vomiting, dizziness, weakness in the legs, etc. - you must stop increasing the dose. Immediately begin reducing to one drop. Several cycles must be completed before recovery. Overdoses are unacceptable - inflammatory processes begin and the condition worsens sharply. In this case, stop taking hemlock and take a weak solution of potassium permanganate with milk for 3 days, after which begin reducing the dose to 1 drop.

The second method uses a water infusion. I think that this is generally not only the simplest, but also the most effective. This is the best method for hemlock.

For patients who have undergone chemotherapy and radiation, the most practical working method of taking hemlock in increments up to 15 drops is recommended. After the dose is increased to 15 drops, all subsequent days, until complete recovery (destruction of the tumor), you must stick to this dosage.

This technique gives the highest percentage of recovery, since 15 drops is a well-functioning, gentle dose that does not inhibit the protective function of healthy cells.

During treatment, it is necessary to keep a diary and note your condition at each new stage of treatment in order to choose your personal optimal dose, at which the body is not oppressed by the poison and successfully fights the tumor.

It is very important to understand that hemlock preparations only destroy cancer cells, but you still need to remove the destruction products from the body. Therefore, in parallel with hemlock, it is important to take cleansing teas. In addition, the herbs will promote the action of hemlock, protect the liver and reduce the negative effects of the poison.

If a patient is treated with hemlock, then usually his pain is insignificant, and there is often no need to use previously prescribed painkillers and narcotic medications.

In cases where the patient is being treated with other herbs and remedies, it is recommended to additionally drink an alcohol tincture of hemlock, two drops per tablespoon of water, five times a day before meals as a pain reliever. And during severe pain, you can take 10 drops of tincture with water (up to two times).

When treating lung cancer, a complex technique is given, using ASD-2 together with hemlock. The drugs must be taken 4 times a day, an hour before meals, dripping into water (50 to 100 ml of water per dose). See table 3.

In the treatment of lung cancer, pine pollen is very necessary; it is often sold in markets. The collected pollen should be sifted, mixed with honey 1:1 and taken a dessert spoon 15 minutes before meals or an hour after. Limit milk and kefir while taking ASD-2, but you can drink it at night. Tea and coffee - exclude.

And another important thing is your psychological state. I am convinced that for healing it is necessary, at least for a while, to break out of the rut of life that led to illness. Different water, air, emotional environment, feasible work on the earth and “dissolution” in nature and God - maybe this is happiness and health.

Spotted hemlock (Conium maculatum - omega spotted) is a very valuable and very poisonous plant, which is widely used for the treatment of malignant neoplasms. The name "konium" is believed to come from the Greek word "konos", which means dizziness. According to another version, “kone” means killer.

Many peoples used hemlock as a medicine and a poisonous substance. In Ancient Greece, the plant was used as an official poison, which was given to people condemned to death. This is due to the fact that omega spotted is capable of killing almost painlessly. Even the famous ancient Greek philosopher Socrates was poisoned by this poisonous plant.

Other names for hemlock are widely known: blekota, buglav, gorigolova, hollow, stinkhorn, angelica, parsley, canine parsley, tar, poisonous trunk.

Hemlock grows mainly in the European and southern parts of Russia, the Caucasus and Central Asia. Omega spotted is a very heat-loving plant. It is found in burdock thickets, wastelands, landfills, forest edges, near houses, along roads, in parks and vegetable gardens.

Description of the plant

Hemlock is a herbaceous biennial plant whose height can reach 1.5 meters. The root is spindle-shaped and has a whitish shade. The above-ground part is mainly represented by only a bunch of basal leaves; the stem develops only in the second year after planting.

The stem is bare, quite branched, and has a slight bluish coating. There may be reddish spots in its lower part. The leaves are stemlike, the flowers are bisexual and rather small, and are found in the inflorescence of a complex umbrella. The calyx looks like an annular ridge and is located above the pistil. The corolla is cascading, five-petaled, the white petals have a short tongue curved inward. The inflorescences are located on elongated peduncles and have up to 20 rays.

The flower has 5 two-lobed white stamens. The plant blooms throughout the summer.

The fruit of the omega spotted is a two-seed, which can be oval or spherical in shape. Their shade varies from greenish-brown to gray-green. The size does not exceed 3 mm. The two-seeded plant can split into 2 small fruits.

The most important feature of hemlock is its specific smell, which is reminiscent of a mouse. It is enough to rub the plant in your hands for it to appear.

The poisonous properties of omega spotted plant have been known for a long time. This is due to the content of toxic alkaloids: gamma-coniceine, coniine, conhydrin, pseudoconhydrin. The greatest danger is posed by the first 2 compounds, which are characterized by nicotine- and curare-like effects.

Coniine is an extremely poisonous compound. It is found in the leaves and stem of the plant, but the highest concentration of the compound was found in unripe seeds (up to 0.4%).

In this case, the lethal dose of coniine is 0.15 g. If a person eats hemlock, then the lethal dose will be 50 mg per kilogram of body weight.

Hemlock also contains cycototoxin, which is a potent neurotoxic poison that has an anticholinergic effect.

Any part of the plant is poisonous; these properties remain even after the grass has dried. This is why it is important to become familiar with the plant's identifying characteristics in order to prevent hemlock poisoning.

How does poisoning occur?

The unpleasant smell and bitter taste of hemlock cannot always warn a person of impending danger. In addition, for poisoning it will be enough to eat a small part of the plant, inhale the aroma of omega spotted for a long time, or contact the hollow with the skin.

The danger of hemlock is that the plant in its first year of life looks very similar to parsley and carrots. When the stem appears, omega spotted resembles dill. This similarity of the plant to edible herbs often leads to the development of poisoning.

More often, intoxication is diagnosed in childhood, when a child mistakenly eats hemlock roots, mistaking them for carrots.

Clinical picture of poisoning

Coniine is easily absorbed into the skin, mucous membranes of the mouth and intestines. The following symptoms develop:

A mild form of intoxication is characterized by a predominance of signs of pathology of the gastrointestinal tract. The first symptoms may appear within 1.5 - 2 hours after taking hemlock. If a person is sensitive to coniine, then symptoms may occur 30 minutes after contact with the plant.
Severe intoxication leads to an increase in muscle weakness, which gradually turns into paralysis. Clonic-tonic convulsions, respiratory depression, loss of consciousness and collapse may occur. Death usually occurs due to paralysis of the respiratory muscles.

The clinical picture of severe intoxication is characterized by a predominance of signs of ascending paralysis. Patients note heaviness in the lower extremities, coldness of the whole body, and a feeling of goosebumps. The victim is unable to swallow and has an unsteady gait. After 6 hours, the victim loses consciousness and acute heart failure develops. As a result, toxic hemlock alkaloids are capable of exerting a two-phase nicotine effect on the autonomic ganglia: first, salivation, mydriasis, and tachycardia occur, then bradycardia develops.

If you use the plant for cancer therapy, you must strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage.

First aid and poisoning therapy

If the first signs of hemlock intoxication occur, you should immediately call a doctor and rinse your stomach: drink a large amount of warm water before vomiting occurs. It is recommended to add olive or linseed oil to the liquid. The procedure must be repeated until clean wash water appears. Then you will need to use products that contain tannins (strong tea or coffee, oak bark decoction, tannin solution). The victim must be warmly dressed and taken out into fresh air if he is conscious.

Among modern methods of providing first aid, there is the introduction of a 5% solution of hydrochloric acid or a solution of tannin of similar concentration. After this, you will need to drink 30 tablets of activated carbon, and magnesium sulfate as a saline laxative. To accelerate the elimination of poison, you can use osmotic diuretics for forced diuresis.

After hospitalization, the patient will need symptomatic therapy: if seizures occur, parenteral administration of diazepam up to 10 mg; cardiac arrhythmia will require intravenous administration of novocainamide. The use of cordials such as caffeine and camphor may also be necessary. If breathing is impaired, artificial respiration must be performed.

Cancer is one of the most dangerous diseases, despite the fact that modern medicine moves forward, in some cases it cannot help a patient with cancer. And although alternative medicine is not officially recognized, nevertheless, a large number of people believe in miracles when they start using hemlock for cancer.

What is hemlock grass

Hemlock has been known for a long time, and it has many names, but the essence is the same - it is a very poisonous plant. No matter what they call it: hogweed, stinkweed, stinking grass, hemlock, gologolov, whistler, whistler, dog parsley, wild parsley, omega, poisonous stem or hollow - it’s all one species - hemlock. Where does it grow and what does it look like? You can find it almost everywhere - on the side of the road or under a fence. And he looks different. At one year of age it looks like parsley or carrots, at two years of age it looks like dill. On the territory of Russia you can find one of four types of hemlock - Conium maculatum. The stem of this plant in the first year does not exceed half a meter, in the second it can already be about two meters high. Maculatum is translated as “spotted, speckled”, this is explained by the fact that red-brown spots are clearly visible on the light green stem of the plant. Therefore, you can often hear not just “hemlock”, but “spotted hemlock”.

Remember! In Russia, hemlock is not among the approved drugs.

It is not for nothing that the name hemlock was attached to this plant. If you accidentally inhale the smell of this plant, you may get a headache. If hemlock poisoning occurs when ingested, there will be other signs, but in any case, this plant must be handled very carefully.

All these toxic properties of hemlock are due to the main substance, the alkaloid coniine (a neurotoxic poison). Coniine is rapidly absorbed from the digestive tract into the blood. The result is paralysis of nerve endings (motor and sensory), and damage to the central nervous system also occurs.

How does a “miracle” happen?

Remember! The “miraculous” powers of hemlock can be explained by the fact that the immune system rushes to the aid of the poisoned body, which at the same time stimulates the entire body as a whole, acting as a stimulator of natural immunity.

Another mechanism also comes into play in the battle with cancer: cancer cells, thanks to their greatly enhanced metabolism, accumulate much more plant poison than healthy cells, and at some point, an improvement may indeed occur.

How hemlock works:

  • Much like chemotherapy, when the destructive effect of poison on a cancerous tumor is complemented by the same consequences for the rest of the healthy cells of the body;
  • Much like non-toxic immunostimulants that can “stimulate” the immune system.

And the proven ability of hemlock to relieve pain can be explained even more simply: coniine eliminates pain by blocking the endings of nerve fibers, but does not eliminate the cause itself.

Composition of hemlock

Despite the fact that traditional medicine advises the use of hemlock for oncology, all parts of this plant are very poisonous. The plant contains four poisonous alkaloids: methylkoniine, coniceine, conhydrin, pseudoconhydrin, and it also contains tannins. The most toxic is coniine, which acts on the body in the same way as the well-known curare and nicotine. It is a powerful nerve poison. Medium and small doses of coniine can increase blood pressure and increase heart contractions.

In hemlock fruits you can find essential oil, caffeic acid, carotene (provitamin A), vitamin C, in inflorescences and leaves there are flavonoids, in hemlock stems you will find essential oil, caffeic acid. Small quantities of tannins were found in the juice of the plant.

It is necessary to use hemlock with extreme caution, since an overdose of this alkaloid occurs, first of all, excitement, and then respiratory arrest follows.

A tincture prepared with skill, due to the content of all these substances in its composition, has a strong immunostimulating effect.

Recently, there have even been calls to take homemade medications as a preventive measure for the development of cancer. Official medicine still does not recommend using the hemlock plant for medicinal purposes, because its chemical composition can cause a secondary immune response that has unpredictable results.

In addition, with long-term influence of hemlock, resistance and immunity to stimulation by cytostatic drugs and antitumor antibiotics is likely to appear for individual cancer cells.

Hemlock treatment

How does hemlock work once it is in the body, what are its medicinal properties? Penetrating into the blood, coniine stimulates certain immune reactions, due to which special antibodies (proteins) are formed, found in immunoglobulins. These antibodies simultaneously inhibit malignant neoplasms. They most effectively influence free cells formed during leukemia and metastases. That is why treatment with hemlock is carried out in the presence of cancer metastases.

When treating oncology, hemlock should be combined with the following antitumor plants: hellebore, cinquefoil, marin root, columbine.

Contraindications to the use of hemlock

It is necessary to understand that, like any other medicine, albeit herbal, treatment with hemlock may have its contraindications for use. In addition, it may simply not help everyone - for some reason the body may simply not respond to its use.

Hemlock has various contraindications:

  • Severely exhausted body;
  • Liver diseases;
  • There are also contraindications based on age: the use of the drug is not recommended for people under 20 years of age and over 70;
  • It is not recommended for those patients whose bodies have mechanisms to maintain the vital functions of the body;
  • Intolerance to plant components;
  • It is not recommended to consume hemlock soon after surgery;
  • During pregnancy.

There are also other restrictions on taking medicines from hemlock:

  • Do not exceed the recommended dosage of the medication;
  • Do not prescribe a treatment regimen yourself (only the doctor decides this);
  • When combining hemlock medications with other medications, find out their compatibility.

Only correct adherence to these rules can give any significant result, and not lead to a worsening or even fatal outcome of the disease.

Treatment of cancer with hemlock tincture

When traditional treatment is no longer able to help, doctors themselves can recommend treatment with this poisonous plant. Hemlock has a detrimental effect on cancer cells, while on healthy cells it is more gentle. Because of this, folk recipes made using this poisonous plant are considered a panacea for critical situations. For cancer of the stomach, breast, intestines, liver and lungs, various recipes were used to make tinctures and decoctions with alcohol and water, which were used for treatment. To get a positive result, you need to know how to use hemlock for cancer of a certain organ, so that there are no side effects on the body and possible overdoses.

Hemlock tincture according to Tishchenko’s method

This method became popular in the 90s. The method of this healer is almost no different from the classical one. This method uses young hemlock inflorescences and leaves. The collected inflorescences and leaves are placed in a jar with vodka or pure alcohol. The ratio is this: a third of the jar is part of the plant, the rest is alcohol. This mixture must be infused for more than a month, after which it must be strained and stored in a glass container. The tincture is taken as a drip, the only difference being the number of doses per day for different types of cancer. But still, there is no exact and suitable dosage for everyone - each patient’s dosage regimen must be drawn up separately, taking into account individual characteristics and the degree of the disease. You should also know how to prepare, use and store the drug. Methods of administration and doses must be individual for each patient.

The manufacturing method is simple - hemlock flowers are used to fill the container, and alcohol or vodka is added on top. This container is sealed and placed in a cool, closed place for 18 days. The use of this tincture should be carried out strictly according to the indicated dosage. Treatment is carried out according to the “royal method” of treatment: in the morning after sleep on an empty stomach, dilute one drop of tincture with 100 milliliters of water, on the second day add 2 drops to the same amount of water, and so on up to forty drops per day. Then the process decreases, back to one drop per day. For good results, it is recommended to take at least 2-3 courses, with a break of a couple of months. Breast cancer is also treated. The only difference is that the course is not brought to 40 drops, but only to 20. The course of treatment consists of 3 repetitions with a break of two months between them.

Remember! Do not attempt to self-medicate and do not come up with a dosage regimen yourself. This should be done by a specialist. Treatment in this way can end in disaster!

Treatment of stomach and breast cancer with hemlock

Although many doctors consider the combination of hemlock with fly agaric in the treatment of stomach or pancreatic cancer unacceptable, many use this particular combination. In fact, it is quite enough to use hemlock tincture with alcohol or vodka.

Treatment of cancer of the liver and lungs

The use of hemlock is also effective for liver cancer. This plant not only slows down the growth of cancer cells, but also has a positive effect on health. If the patient is weak, then use a water tincture of hemlock: for this you need to use 0.6 g of dried hemlock and 350 ml of boiling water. You need to brew it in the evening, and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning and evening after meals at night, dividing the decoction into 2 times. If the patient’s condition allows and there are no other diseases, then alcohol tincture can be used for treatment. Therefore, in the same principle, hemlock can be used for lung cancer.

Treatment of intestinal cancer with hemlock tincture

To treat intestinal cancer, young hemlock should be used. To do this, you need to collect its shoots and pour alcohol or vodka (1 part hemlock and 2 parts vodka). Leave for at least 18 days in a dark and cool place. Young sprouts of hemlock in the treatment of oncology do not irritate the gastrointestinal tract. This infusion has an almost immediate analgesic effect, and this helps greatly alleviate the patient’s condition. For intestinal cancer, it is recommended to take hemlock, gradually increasing the dose to 15 drops and follow it for the remaining days of the treatment course. (The duration of the course is determined by a specialist).

Treatment of other diseases with hemlock

In addition, treatment with hemlock is used even in gynecology - for fibroids. The use of alcohol tincture can also be used as an external remedy. For example, when a nodular uterine fibroid is diagnosed, a gauze swab is moistened with an infusion of calendula or chamomile, a couple of drops of hemlock tincture are added and administered orally at night. Douching is also possible.

Hemlock is used for oral administration and for the treatment of melanoma, hemorrhoids, to lower blood pressure, for diabetes and other diseases. It is also possible to take this medicinal plant for tumors of the adrenal glands, thyroid cancer, prostate cancer, brain cancer, etc.

Side effects when treated with hemlock tincture

Sometimes side effects may occur when treated with hemlock. Initial symptoms of poisoning may include:

  1. Drowsiness;
  2. Decreased vision and hearing, dilated pupils;
  3. Increased salivation;
  4. Partial loss of touch;
  5. Dizziness;
  6. Nausea.

At the first manifestation of such symptoms, you must gradually reduce the dose of the tincture taken, cleanse the body with a weak solution of potassium permanganate in milk for three days and slowly return to the original dose.

If the poisoning is not stopped, the patient develops “ascending” paralysis, which is accompanied by a complete loss of sensitivity and mobility of the body. As a rule, paralysis begins to act from the feet and goes from bottom to top, then reaches the diaphragm and as a result of its paralysis, death from suffocation can occur.

Do you want to know the cost of cancer treatment abroad?

* Having received data about the patient’s disease, the clinic representative will be able to calculate the exact price for treatment.

Remember! There is no antidote for hemlock poisoning. All help is aimed at eliminating the symptoms themselves. If severe poisoning occurs, the prognosis can hardly be called optimistic.

Often, poisoning with this plant occurs by mistake, and not during treatment - the roots, hemlock grass in the first year resemble carrots (or parsley), in the second - dill. Particularly severe cases of poisoning can cause paralysis. May be observed:

  • Coldness of the whole body;
  • Feeling of “pins and needles” in the extremities;
  • Facial paleness;
  • Breathing problems;
  • Dizziness;
  • Pupil dilation;
  • Vomiting and nausea;
  • Stomach upsets.

A severe form of paralysis that can occur as a result of poisoning can cause respiratory paralysis and subsequent death.

You need to know that when using chemotherapy to treat cancer, you cannot use drugs from hemlock; you also need to clarify the compatibility of the simultaneous use of other drugs when treating with hemlock.

Emergency care for hemlock poisoning

It is no secret that the treatment of cancer with the help of hemlock does not always take place in compliance with safety measures. The use of the tincture of this poisonous plant should be carried out strictly according to the prescribed dosage. What to do if poisoning occurs with this plant? If an overdose could not be avoided and characteristic symptoms of poisoning appear, you must follow the following instructions:

  • Take 30 tablets of activated carbon (to cleanse the body);
  • Take a 3% solution of hydrochloric acid;
  • Drink a laxative (30 g of magnesium sulfate per 100 ml of water);
  • Take heart medications (caffeine, camphor);
  • Be sure to provide access to fresh air;
  • Make a warm wrap;
  • If necessary, perform artificial respiration.

There is also an ancient way to combat this type of poisoning, to remove poison from the body. To do this, you need to use warm water and low-grade olive oil (flaxseed or hemp oil). Pour the resulting mixture into the patient using a funnel or tube until vomiting begins. Thus, it is possible to cleanse the human body even if he is unconscious. After several such rinses, give the patient a drink of warm water with honey.

The use of hemlock tinctures and decoctions for cancer must be coordinated with a specialist in order to prevent side effects and poisoning. Also, when taking hemlock, you should adhere to the following nutritional or diet tips:

  • Eat lean fish, meat, vegetable fats, cereals, flour and dairy products (those products that contain protein);
  • Eat fresh fruits and vegetables;
  • Eliminate fried, fatty, smoked foods and alcohol from your daily diet.

Is it possible or not to be cured of oncology with the help of hemlock?

Although reviews of hemlock patients actually cured of cancer indicate the possibility of obtaining a positive effect from treatment in this way even at stage 4, experts recommend using hemlock with caution. There are many known cases of people ending up in the hospital after hemlock poisoning. But in contrast, there are those whom he helped.

In addition, this poisonous plant only eliminates already formed cancer cells, without in any way affecting the appearance of new ones. Knowing this, conscientious herbalists recommend starting treatment with hemlock only after undergoing basic anti-cancer therapy. Although many herbalists advise drinking the tincture even for the prevention of cancer.

Remember! If you decide to be treated with herbs, and in our case, hemlock, carefully study the side effects of this treatment and, if you have any symptoms of poisoning, consult a doctor immediately.

The attitude of specialists towards treatment in this traditional way is negative. Although some scientists are experimenting with the use of this type of treatment, it is usually carried out on volunteers.

Hemlock tinctures, which you can buy at the pharmacy: “Bgs 1 60”, “Koniin 60386”, possibly comply with all the rules for making tinctures, as follows from the description in the annotations to them, but if you are not an expert in herbal medicine, then it’s better to don't take any risks. Since the herb used in the preparation of the infusion must be collected at a certain time, the medicine itself must be stored correctly, storage conditions must be observed, and the tincture must have an expiration date. Alcohol is stored no longer than 2-3 years.

Many herbalists have a positive attitude towards the treatment of oncology with hemlock: herbalist Golovkov, Semiletov and others

The famous oncologist and herbalist Korepanov also uses plants in the prevention and treatment of cancer, including hemlock. His book about the treatment and prevention of the disease talks about many recipes based on Altai herbs.

Of course, many plants have been used in folk medicine since ancient times, and many of them, like hemlock, not only treat diseases, but are also poisonous plants - aconite (or fighter), hemlock and many others. It is important to remember that “in small doses it is medicine, but in large doses it is pure poison.”

Question answer

I heard that hemlock tincture is sold in pharmacies. Are there any suppositories or ointments with it?

Yes. In addition to alcohol infusion, there are also medical preparations with hemlock in the form of ointments and suppositories. The use of suppositories in some cases is even more convenient for use, especially for gynecological problems. Just like ointment, when it should be used for rubbing, and not for oral administration

I heard that hemlock tincture is used not only to treat cancer, but also for weight loss. Is it true?

Hemlock tincture is used only with the agreement of your doctor. Treatment with poisonous plants is carried out with precise dosage. The toxic effect of hemlock on the body is caused by the alkaloids it contains:

  • coniine and methylconiine;
  • conicein and conhydrin.

All parts of the plant are poisonous; the action of alkaloids can cause allergies and intoxication. Hemlock is used as a natural remedy for baiting insects; there are known cases of death of domestic animals that accidentally ate the plant. In Ancient Greece, the herb was part of deadly poisons; according to some sources, it was hemlock tincture that led to the death of the great philosopher and scientist - Socrates. In case of poisoning, a characteristic trace of alkaloids remains in the blood, which is immediately detected by forensic examination. For what disorders does traditional medicine recommend using this remedy:

  • To relieve spasms of smooth muscles. Taking hemlock for spastic headaches and muscle pain should be done with caution, since alkaloids depress the central nervous system and respiratory center. Treatment of headaches with this plant cannot be carried out if there are diseases of the heart and blood vessels.
  • To calm the nervous system and psyche. Your doctor will tell you how much you can use the tincture when you are overexcited or have insomnia, so that toxic substances do not poison the body. The maximum safe dose that can be taken is 25 drops. After this, poisoning occurs.
  • To relieve pain. Many plant poisons have an analgesic effect. You can take hemlock to reduce pain of any origin according to a special regimen: 1 drop once a day on an empty stomach, add 1 drop every next day until the dose reaches 7 drops. In case of poisoning, rinse the stomach and call an ambulance.
  • For the prevention of cancer. Treatment of already diagnosed cancer with the help of this plant has no proven effectiveness. For prevention purposes, as an antioxidant, you can take 1 drop for 20 days, then take a break for 14 days, the course can be repeated. If the patient has already been diagnosed with cancer, then treatment with traditional medicine takes place only in agreement with the oncologist. Otherwise, no specialist will give a positive prognosis for recovery.
  • To normalize the menstrual cycle in women. Start taking the tincture 3-4 days before the start of your scheduled menstruation. The product has side effects; you should not take the drops if PMS goes away with severe nausea. Exposure to plant poisons worsens the illness. Relaxation of smooth muscles promotes the arrival of menstruation. Treatment of gynecological diseases with this remedy, polyps, fibroids and malignant tumors has no proven effect. Menstrual irregularities in the vast majority of cases are caused by hormonal levels.

The toxic substances that make up hemlock put a strain on the liver, kidneys, gallbladder and pancreas. The tincture can be taken as a choleretic and diuretic only if there are no contraindications from the digestive and urinary systems. You can prepare the tincture yourself, or you can buy it in some pharmacies and online stores. For the safety of loved ones, you need to store the product:

  • in a dark, cool place out of reach of children;
  • so that violent, drinking, incompetent relatives cannot accidentally be poisoned by a drink.

Exposure to coniine and its derivatives can cause death from respiratory or heart failure. This product should not be taken by children under 12 years of age, pregnant or lactating women, or people over 65 years of age.

About the medicinal plant

The stem of hemlock has a height of 60 to 180 cm, the leaves are carved and pinnate. It grows everywhere like a weed. It blooms with an umbrella of small white flowers in June-July. It bears an oval-shaped seed fruit in August. The collection of leaves and stems takes place during the flowering period, the collection of seeds - even before the opening of the box. To prevent harm to the body, you need to collect the plant with gloves, do not taste it, and do not let children pick it. The plant has an unpleasant odor; for safety, medicinal raw materials should be stored separately from other preparations.

What diseases does hemlock help with?

Antispasmodic, used to relax smooth muscles, to relieve spastic constipation, spastic headaches.

Reduces the tone of blood vessels, has a sedative effect. Used: for insomnia, for increased anxiety, for depressive disorders, for migraines, for chronic stress.

Pain reliever, improves well-being in rheumatoid arthritis, arthrosis, joint and bone pain, muscle pain.

Diuretic, relieves swelling of the face and feet, promotes bladder emptying.

Choleretic, stimulates the gallbladder and pancreas, increases the acidity of gastric juice.

Antifungal agent, eliminates nail fungus.

The use in the treatment of oncological diseases or benign tumors has no reliable justification. Clinical studies have not been conducted that prove the benefits of hemlock.

Recipes for tinctures with hemlock

Hemlock tincture quickly cures nail fungus. The effect of coniine on a fungal culture leads to the death of the colony. Local application does not have a toxic effect on the entire body. If safety precautions are followed, no harm is observed; allergies occur in rare cases. In order to prepare a remedy for fungus, you need to pour 50 drops of tincture into 50 ml of water. Nail treatment procedure:

  • remove the entire affected part with a file;
  • when cutting, there is no need to allow bleeding; if some part cannot be removed, it is better to leave it as is;
  • if bleeding starts, first stop the bleeding and then use a toxic plant;
  • moisten the cotton wool with the solution and carefully treat the nail.

Patients are concerned about how long the cotton wool can be left on. To avoid getting a chemical burn, the maximum time for a poisonous compress is 15 minutes. Do not leave the product on overnight or for a long time. How long the course should last depends on the progress in recovery. Hemlock treatment is best done under the supervision of a dermatologist. For pain relief, hemlock tincture is used, how to prepare the remedy:

  • take 40 g of chopped grass, pour in 0.75 ml of vodka;
  • leave for 10 days, shaking.

It is safer to carry out treatment with a pharmaceutical drug. How a plant accumulates alkaloids depends on many factors:

  • from the age of the hemlock;
  • from the region of growth;
  • on the composition of the soil;
  • from the ecological situation in the growing area.

In order for the treatment to have a positive effect on the body, you need to use a pharmacy, proven and safe tincture. Schematic diagram of treatment that serves as cancer prevention:

  • start taking 1 drop per day, increase by 1 drop every day;
  • the course lasts up to 15 drops.

The increase in dose is caused by the body acquiring tolerance to the poison. Up to 40 drops of hemlock heals and relieves pain, after this dose it causes severe poisoning and damages the liver and kidneys. You need to drip the product into water, first use 50 ml, then dilute it in a glass of water. You can purchase at the pharmacy for topical use:

  • patch;
  • extract;
  • dry grass.

The herb is grown specifically for medicinal purposes and undergoes strict quality control.

Many traditional healers, without the appropriate knowledge, collect hemlock from soils with a high content of heavy metals, along roads, in landfills and wastelands. The plant accumulates harmful substances and becomes even more toxic. It is not safe to carry out treatment with raw materials purchased secondhand. When poisoning occurs:

  • nausea, vomiting;
  • upset stool, debilitating diarrhea;
  • abdominal pain;
  • weakness and dizziness;
  • shortness of breath, chills.

More severe poisoning causes death from respiratory or heart failure. The main property of the alkaloids that hemlock contains is the relaxation of smooth muscles. Both beneficial and harmful qualities of the plant are associated with this. With strong relaxation of the small muscles surrounding the vessels, all activity of the central nervous system, including the respiratory center, is inhibited. Consuming more than 150 ml of tincture leads to irreversible consequences. For mild poisoning you need:

  • rinse the stomach, take a laxative;
  • consume milk and dairy products;
  • take any sorbent, Enterosgel or activated carbon.

In case of severe poisoning, you must immediately call an ambulance and report the cause of the ailment so that the paramedic can use the antidote. The tincture should be stored in a place inaccessible to:

  • for children;
  • for elderly relatives prone to impulsive actions;
  • for persons with alcohol dependence or incapacity;
  • for crazy lovers of traditional medicine who drink everything without looking at the dosage and name of the product.

Hemlock treats spastic pain in 1 dose, so if you feel better, treatment can be stopped.

Contraindications

Use with caution in elderly patients. You cannot use this tool:

  • during pregnancy;
  • during breastfeeding;
  • children and adolescents under 18 years of age;
  • for chronic diseases of the heart and blood vessels;
  • with a tendency to respiratory allergies, with bronchial asthma, chronic rhinitis, hay fever.

Plants can cause allergies both when applied topically and orally. If the dosage is observed, allergies are rare. For chronic diseases of the liver, kidneys, stomach, intestines, pancreas, gallbladder, bladder, you should consult your doctor before use. In case of cancer, be sure to notify the oncologist.

Have all your attempts to lose weight been unsuccessful?

Have you already thought about radical measures? This is understandable, because a slim figure is an indicator of health and a reason for pride. In addition, this is at least human longevity. And the fact that a person who loses “extra pounds” looks younger is an axiom that does not require proof.

Dangerous: poison. Contraindications to the use of hemlock, symptoms of poisoning and measures of assistance

Every year the number of people diagnosed with cancer increases. At a time when official medicine does not meet the patient’s expectations, many turn to alternative methods of treatment. Fasting and therapy using a variety of herbs are often practiced. A rather controversial plant for the treatment and prevention of oncology is hemlock - contraindications to its use must be studied by the person before taking it.

Spotted hemlock has some controversial medicinal uses.

Effect of the plant on the body

Hemlock tincture is used for various problems. It is used in the presence of diseases such as:

  • thrombophlebitis and atherosclerosis;
  • diseases of the urinary and respiratory system;
  • polyps of various locations;
  • mastopathy;
  • benign tumors;
  • oncological diseases.

Most often, the plant is used in the last two cases. The healing effect of taking hemlock is achieved due to the fact that it contains a number of poisonous alkaloids - methylkoniine, pseudoconhydrin, conhydrin and coniine.

Despite the fact that traditional medicine considers coniine to be one of the most effective anti-cancer drugs known today, this component is a dangerous plant poison. Its action is based on the fact that while taking hemlock, the substance gradually accumulates in the cancer cell. Over time, the human body begins to understand that this cell is dangerous and foreign. Specific immunological reactions are launched, as a result of which the cancer cell begins to be actively rejected. Thus, after the correct schematic intake of the plant, the body independently begins to fight cancer.

To achieve this result, the healing tincture must be taken correctly, strictly following the dosage. There are many developed schemes that depend on the stage of the disease and the condition of the patient’s body during treatment.

Almost all schemes are united by one rule - this is a gradual daily increase in the dose of hemlock, and then the same gradual decrease.

Since plants are a natural poison, compliance with this rule is mandatory, otherwise side effects from taking hemlock will appear, which can lead to human death.

Poisoning

In many dosage regimens, the maximum allowable dose is 40 drops of tincture. This dose is suitable for healthy people taking a drug to prevent cancer, or for patients with a stable condition. For people who are undergoing chemotherapy or are in a very weakened state, this maximum dose is absolutely not suitable and should be reduced to 15–20 drops.

Hemlock poisoning has serious consequences including ascending paralysis, cardiac arrest and death. It is necessary to take into account the patient's condition individually.

The critical lethal dose for humans when taking hemlock is considered to be 50 mg per 1 kg of human weight. In this case, signs of poisoning can appear at any stage - both at the beginning of the course, when using minimal doses, and in the middle of treatment - the body may begin to reject the poison and the person will feel disgusted with the tincture.

Symptoms of hemlock poisoning and its side effects may include the following:

  • a person feels heaviness in the limbs;
  • complaints of feeling cold throughout the body;
  • the face becomes pale;
  • uneven pupil dilation;
  • swallowing becomes problematic (the person complains of thirst, but cannot drink water);
  • gait is unsteady;
  • feels dizzy;
  • severe burning in the throat and mouth;
  • salivation;
  • nausea and vomiting;
  • abdominal pain, diarrhea;
  • contraction of individual muscle groups;
  • a person feels goosebumps;
  • increasing suffocation.

The maximum dose of hemlock tincture is 40 drops

Giving help

If a person taking hemlock begins to show similar signs of poisoning, the following steps must be taken to provide assistance:

  1. A mandatory gastric lavage is performed (0.1% solution of potassium permanganate).
  2. A person is given at least 30 tablets of activated carbon to drink.
  3. Magnesium sulfate can be used as a saline laxative (30 g diluted in half a tablespoon of water).

These measures will be sufficient if you experience mild side effects from taking hemlock, such as nausea and diarrhea. After cleansing your stomach, you can drink a glass of water with honey. If, when such symptoms appear, a person does not intend to stop treatment with the plant, then the dose must be reduced to the original - 1 drop.

If more serious side effects from taking hemlock occur, such as convulsions and spasms of the respiratory muscles, in parallel with providing first aid, you must call an ambulance. Since hemlock does not have a specific antidote, a number of general detoxification measures are carried out in clinical settings:

  • To cleanse the stomach, tube lavage is performed;
  • Diuretics, for example furosemide, are used to remove poison;
  • for convulsions, diazepam is administered;
  • respiratory analeptics and oxygen inhalations are used;
  • in severe cases, the patient is connected to an artificial respiration apparatus.

Any, even minor, manifestations of hemlock poisoning must be taken seriously - from its side effects in cases of severe manifestations, death occurs as a result of spasms and paralysis of the muscles involved in the breathing process.

If you are poisoned by this plant, you must urgently rinse your stomach, drink activated charcoal and take a laxative.

Features of application

Even if doses are strictly followed, the person should be closely monitored. Hemlock tincture, like any other medicine, has a number of contraindications for its use. These include:

  • epilepsy;
  • individual intolerance;
  • liver diseases;
  • weakened state, exhaustion of the body;
  • severe kidney disease (SKD);
  • postoperative condition (the first weeks after tumor removal).

The plant, even in the smallest doses, can increase blood pressure. For this reason, it is not recommended for hypertensive patients. Since the medicinal tincture can increase contractions and speed up the heart rate, people with any heart disease need medical advice before starting treatment.

In order to reduce the risk of hemlock side effects, it is strongly recommended that you stop drinking alcohol and smoking while taking it. Since coniine, which is part of the plant, is a fairly strong poison, you should not increase its effect on the body with ethanol and nicotine.

During pregnancy, using hemlock in any, even the most minimal dosages, is strictly prohibited. The plant can both lead to miscarriage and affect the intrauterine development of the fetus.

Hemlock in folk medicine, contraindications for use

Quite often, when expensive modern medicines do not bring the desired results, people turn to traditional medicine. In some cases, fairly inconspicuous plants can significantly alleviate suffering, and often even save. These plants include the biennial hemlock grass. However, like all medicinal herbs, in addition to medicinal indications, it also has its contraindications.

In appearance, hemlock is similar to garden parsley, but has a harsh, not very pleasant odor, which can intensify when dried and often causes headaches (hence its name). It is best to collect medicinal raw materials in sunny meadows (then its medicinal properties are more pronounced). It is recommended to approach the hemlock from the leeward side, so that its special aroma does not harm the well-being of the collector.

The entire aerial part of hemlock (leaves, stems, inflorescences) is used for medicinal purposes. The favorable period for harvesting raw materials is from the moment of flowering until the formation of seeds. In this case, extreme caution should be taken, since all parts of the plant are very poisonous even after drying.

Kinds

The Hemlock genus includes several species: spotted, butenoid, round-fruited, speckled, water and others. Spotted and aquatic plant species are widespread in the central part of Russia, the Caucasus, Siberia, Turkey, China and North Africa.

Spotted hemlock has a branched stem, reaching about two meters in height, in the lower part of which, along with a bluish coating, there are dark brownish or red-brown spots. It can grow on almost any soil, in any light and temperature conditions, but prefers a moderate, humid climate, choosing well-lit forest edges, ravine slopes, meadows, and wastelands for propagation.

Water hemlock (cat parsley, omezhnik, mudnik, angelica) is the most poisonous plant, has a pleasant spicy carrot smell and taste, reminiscent of rutabaga or radish. Unlike its relative, it is no more than 1.2 meters high, the stem is hollow, filled with a yellowish liquid. Prefers low marshy areas, meadows, ditches, river floods, blooms in the second half of summer.

Today, hemlock is officially included in the international list of medicinal plants, is included in many drugs intended for the treatment of sarcoma and other tumors, and is recognized by homeopaths.

Medicinal infusions from hemlock, according to herbalists, can relieve severe pain of various origins, have an antispasmodic and active sedative effect, and relieve convulsions.

The plant accelerates the healing of wounds, burns, hemorrhoids, reduces high blood pressure, eliminates menstrual irregularities, and strengthens the body's immune defense. Hemlock helps with diseases of the stomach and intestines, anemia, cough, general weakness, fatigue, problems with the hearing aid, headaches, and with manifestations of gout, syphilis, scrofula and erysipelas. Hemlock is also used to treat polyps, various oncological tumors, both benign and malignant, and in cases of dysfunction of the genitourinary system.

  • The tincture is prepared from 50 grams of dry crushed grass, which is poured with 0.5 liters of vodka and infused for 3-4 weeks, shaking the contents periodically. Dosage regimen: in the morning on an empty stomach, an hour before meals, 1 drop of the mixture is dissolved in a glass of water and drunk in small sips. The next day, another 1 drop is added, bringing their number to 40, then one drop at a time is reduced.
  • The ointment or oil is made from 50 grams of seeds (seeds mixed with chopped herbs), poured with 500 milliliters of olive oil. Leave for 3 weeks at room temperature. To obtain a thicker consistency, you need to melt the beeswax in a water bath, let it cool to about 40 degrees and mix with oil. Used in the form of tampons, compresses, light rubbing. For oncology, parallel use of tincture internally and ointment externally is recommended. Another well-known ointment recipe: infuse hemlock grass powder with thick bee honey.
  • Candles are prepared in the same way as ointment, only more beeswax is added. To obtain a greater therapeutic effect, you can add propolis or mumiyo, chaga mushroom, burdock, mistletoe, sea buckthorn, and euphorbia. Suppositories are widely used in gynecology and proctology.
  • Compresses are placed in the form of a napkin soaked in oil for burns, erysipelas, psoriasis, dermatitis, from alcohol or vodka tincture - for varicose veins, thrombophlebitis, arthrosis, in a herbal decoction - for wound healing, for gangrene, convulsions and to relieve pain. For rheumatism, gout, bruises, hematomas, and headaches, fresh raw materials can be used. To do this, the torn leaves are laid out between layers of gauze, scalded with boiling water and applied to the damaged area.
  • Hemlock root is harvested along with the root part of the stems, dried and crushed into powder. It is taken in a dose of 0.6 grams in combination with sugar or licorice root powder, gradually increasing to 1.2 grams for diseases or lung cancer, goiter, tuberculosis, dropsy, severe jaundice and other ailments.
  • Hemlock extract is prepared, as a rule, in a factory without exposure to high temperatures, does not contain alcohol and is a concentrate. It is prescribed for the same diseases as other dosage forms, but requires extreme caution and compliance with all instructions for use.

Treatment

Every day, a mass of cancer cells are formed in the human body, which are successfully destroyed by the immune system. Constant stress, overexertion, unfavorable environmental conditions and poor quality nutrition, past illnesses lead to weakened immunity and the spread of cancer in the body. Hemlock does not directly act against malignant cells; it cleanses the liver and blood, improves its formula, and boosts the immune system. The strongly expressed analgesic effect of the plant helps patients in the last stages of cancer to do without potent narcotic drugs.

Tinctures and external remedies with hemlock have found widespread use in gynecology for the treatment of endometriosis, polyps, cystic formations, uterine cancer or breast cysts, lipomas, fibroids, to get rid of syphilis, trichomonas and other sexually transmitted diseases. To normalize the menstrual cycle, in case of delayed menstruation, mastopathy and fibroadenoma of the mammary glands, take hemlock in small doses throughout the month. The course is repeated after 2-3 months.

Diabetes mellitus is a disease that requires a comprehensive and special approach to treatment. When medications fail to reduce blood sugar, patients turn to herbal medicine. In this case, hemlock is intended to cleanse the blood, activate the body’s protective functions and metabolism, and reduce leg pain during an exacerbation.

They try to achieve a similar effect for diseases of the joints (arthritis), the musculoskeletal system, but it is advisable to combine internal use with external applications to the pathological area.

Contraindications

Hemlock is an extremely poisonous plant. The highest concentration of toxic substances is observed in the seeds, and only 1 gram of grass is enough for a person to become fatally intoxicated. That is why the Ministry of Health has banned hemlock for consumption and free sale; only a doctor can prescribe it as a medicinal component, and therapy must be carried out under his strict supervision.

Despite the content of toxic alkaloids, spotted hemlock rarely causes allergic reactions, but taking the plant is not recommended:

  • very elderly, too weak or exhausted people;
  • infants, young children due to fragile bodies;
  • pregnant women or nursing mothers;
  • patients who have recently undergone surgery to remove a cancerous tumor (treatment is permitted after at least 2 months provided the patient is in good health);
  • people suffering from congenital dysfunctions or chronic liver diseases.

With alcohol

Despite the fact that hemlock tinctures are made with alcohol or vodka, their combined use with alcohol is strictly prohibited. This is explained by the fact that hemlock is a strong poison and the liver is responsible for removing it from the body. If at this moment you add alcohol, which the liver is also responsible for neutralizing, then instead of treatment you may end up with severe poisoning. For the same reason, people suffering from severe hepatitis (jaundice), cirrhosis of the liver, and chronic alcoholism are deprived of the opportunity to be treated with hemlock.

Diet

The use of hemlock should be combined with proper nutrition and a specific diet dictated by the underlying disease. Since breakdown products and toxins are removed from the body by the liver, during treatment it is better not to overload it with fried, fatty, smoked foods, processed foods, fast food products, and carbonated drinks. It is recommended to give preference to natural products, steamed or boiled, fresh fruits and vegetables.

To contents ^

Overdose

It should be remembered that hemlock grass is a powerful poison and its overdose is very life-threatening. The main signs of poisoning: dizziness, nausea, vomiting, excessive salivation, difficulty swallowing and breathing, speech disorders, paleness of the skin. Coniine, contained in hemlock, is quickly absorbed into the blood from the gastrointestinal tract, causing nerve paralysis.

Initial nervous excitement, accompanied by convulsions, epileptic seizures and rapid heartbeat, turns into a depressed state of the central nervous system, ascending paralysis and loss of sensation in the lower extremities. The victim’s pupils are dilated and do not react to light; increasing suffocation can lead to respiratory arrest.

At the first symptoms of poisoning, the patient is vomited, the intestines are cleansed and an ambulance is called. The main antidote is considered to be natural cow's milk, slightly tinted pink with potassium permanganate (potassium permanganate).

During pregnancy

Hemlock is strictly not recommended for women during pregnancy, as it can harm the fetus. Another question is that this herb is not only a powerful antitumor agent, in homeopathy it is considered the main component in the fight against infertility. In alternative medicine, there are a large number of cases where women were treated with hemlock for gynecological diseases and became pregnant very quickly.

How to collect a plant for making an infusion

Spotted hemlock is a biennial plant. The height of one specimen reaches 2 m. It has a tubular stem, which is covered with bloom and reddish spots. The leaves of this plant resemble parsley. Hemlock blooms with small white flowers, followed by rounded seeds.

Important! When collecting spotted hemlock, you need to be careful, because it is a poisonous plant. All its parts have a strong toxic effect.

To prepare medicines, hemlock leaves and flowers are collected, but if it has over-bloomed, you can take the seeds, which have no less healing properties. The procurement of raw materials takes place all summer.

The inflorescences have the largest amount of useful substances. It is from them that it is recommended to make a tincture. It is best to collect hemlocks while wearing rubber gloves, but if you are without them, then you need to thoroughly wash your hands with soap after all manipulations. Do not introduce children to this activity, because getting a small amount of plant juice into the mouth can cause poisoning.

After collection, in order not to lose the healing properties, you need to immediately grind the raw materials, then add a small amount of alcohol. When harvesting hemlock, take with you a glass jar of alcohol or vodka, where you place the picked inflorescences and leaves. This will preserve volatile substances, thanks to which antitumor properties are achieved.

Composition of spotted hemlock

  • poisonous alkaloids - coniine, methylkoniine, pseudoconhydrin, coniceine;
  • tannins;
  • beta-carotene;

The immunostimulating effect makes it possible to use the tincture for lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. It is also used to treat serious infectious diseases - tuberculosis, syphilis, which are difficult to treat and require a long rehabilitation period.

How to prepare a remedy for treatment

Spotted hemlock is used to treat a wide variety of diseases only in the form of a tincture or extract. This form of medicine will help preserve most of the beneficial substances contained in the inflorescences, leaves and seeds of plants.

Alcohol tincture

To prepare the medicine, you need to take pure medical alcohol. Place 150 g of fresh raw materials, which were collected on the same day, in a small container. Pour 300 ml of 90-96% alcohol into the herb. This mixture should be infused in a cold place, preferably in the refrigerator for 20 days.

Important! You cannot grind raw materials using a meat grinder. This will greatly reduce the quality of the final product, and the tincture will be ineffective.

Try to shake the medicine frequently so that the beneficial substances are evenly distributed and the tincture acquires the desired properties. Also, do not open the jar so that the volatile components do not separate from the liquid, which will weaken the properties of the extract.

Vodka tincture

To prepare medicine from spotted hemlock, you can use regular vodka. Medicine recipe:

  1. When collecting raw materials, take with you a liter glass jar that has a tight lid. Pour vodka into the container 1/3 full.
  2. When picking parts of a plant, preferably inflorescences or leaves, immediately chop them up and place them in a jar. The container must be tightly closed with a lid to prevent the airing of volatile elements.
  3. Shake the jar all the time, all parts of the plant should be in contact with the liquid. Add vodka as the container fills. Fill the entire jar to the top with herbs.
  4. Infuse the medicine in a very cold place for at least 18 days. At this time, do not open the lid so as not to reduce the effectiveness of the tincture. Shake the jar 1-3 times every day.

After this period, strain the healing liquid through several layers of gauze.

Important! Label the container with the medicine so you don’t accidentally drink it. Large doses of tincture produce a toxic effect on the body.

Store the finished product out of the reach of children in a glass container. The optimal temperature for storage is 14-18°C.

Methods for using infusions

There are several effective methods for using the healing extract. Each of them makes it possible to make maximum use of the beneficial properties of the plant without harm to health.

Taking the extract according to Tishchenko

This method will help in the presence of benign and malignant neoplasms, chronic diseases or low immunity.

Start treatment with one drop of medicine, adding another drop every day. Having reached a dose of 40 drops, reduce the amount of tincture. Gradually you should get back to one drop.

Important! For severely weakened people, you can reduce the maximum dosage of the tincture to 20 drops.

Drink the anti-tumor remedy in the morning on an empty stomach, diluting it in a glass of water. Do not swallow the liquid in one gulp. Only with this approach can you achieve the maximum effect from hemlock.

Important! A high-quality tincture has a rich color and a specific “mouse” smell.

To prevent various diseases, you can also use the Tishchenko scheme. Then it will be enough to take one course of taking the tincture.

Treatment regimen using the Ermolchik method

This method is suitable for the treatment of cancer, and the tincture should be drunk with various healing decoctions:

  • oats;
  • licorice;
  • camel brushwood;
  • oregano.

To prepare a decoction of oats you will need 200 g of dry grains. At night, fill them with a small amount of water so that the oats swell. In the morning, add water so that it completely covers the grain. Cook it all for 1.5 hours, constantly adding fresh water. When the grain is cooked, you can remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the liquid.

Important! To prepare a herbal decoction, pour 1 tbsp. l. dry ingredients 240 ml boiling water. Infuse this mixture for 20 minutes.

The medication regimen in this case:

  • 4 days, 1 drop 6 times a day at regular intervals;
  • every 4 days increase the dose of tincture by 1 drop;
  • the maximum amount of medicine – 5 drops – take until recovery;
  • Take each dose of the healing elixir with 70 ml of decoction.

This technique is suitable for people with serious illnesses; it cannot be used for prevention.

Contraindications for use

Hemlock tincture is very toxic and not always safe. Therefore, treatment with this medicine must be approached with all seriousness and responsibility, so as not to harm yourself.

Plant extract is contraindicated for the following categories:

  • old people;
  • little children;
  • when a person is severely weakened by illness;
  • pregnant and breastfeeding women;
  • after surgery.

Also, hemlock should not be taken if you have serious liver problems. This organ removes dangerous poisons from the body, which is impossible in this case.

Important! Treatment with tincture should begin 2 months after removal of malignant tumors, but only if the patient is in good health.

If you are intolerant to the extract, side effects may occur:

What to do with dead bees after you strain the tincture

Hemlock is a weed and poisonous plant. In our country it is not considered a pharmacopoeial drug, but in many European countries it is officially recognized as a medicinal drug. Proponents of unconventional healing methods have long used plant poison in small concentrations as a life-saving remedy. But official medicine does not give a final conclusion, but does not discount the medicinal properties and contraindications of hemlock. The special status of the plant is evidenced by the fact that in a number of countries scientists are still trying to obtain new antitumor drugs from the juice of the grass.

Hemlock has been known to mankind since antiquity. The founder of medicine, Hippocrates, mentioned it in his treatises. In Greece, during the time of Socrates, the juice of the plant was used as an officially approved poison for execution.

The entire above-ground part of hemlock (stems, leaves, inflorescences and fruits) is saturated with alkaloids. These substances cause severe poisoning in humans. However, in ultra-small doses they have a completely different effect. Alkaloids are able to activate the body's defenses and set it up for recovery.

The main poison of hemlock is coniine. It is slightly weaker in strength than curare (a deadly poison that the inhabitants of the South American continent used to smear arrowheads). Another part of the active compounds is represented by conhydrin, coniceine, and methylconiine.

Hemlock preparations are used in homeopathy (a value system where medicines are prepared by repeated dilution of active substances, which in high doses cause symptoms similar to the manifestations of the disease, and in low concentrations can reconfigure the body and push it towards recovery). The plant has an anti-inflammatory and calming effect.

They treat:

  • diseases of the joints and bones, including those associated with metabolic disorders (deforming arthritis, arthrosis, gout);
  • vascular diseases (thrombophlebitis, atherosclerosis);
  • autoimmune diseases (lupus, rheumatism).

Traditional medicine attributes hemlock analgesic, hypotensive, anticonvulsant, and immunostimulating properties. The plant helps with epilepsy, dizziness, spastic pain in the stomach and intestines, spasms of cerebral vessels, anemia, inflammation of the lymph nodes, and chronic infections.

Alternative medicine uses hemlock to treat benign tumors, polyps, adenomas, and skin tumors.

The herb stimulates urine flow, helps with painful periods, regulates the female cycle, and relieves painful coughing attacks.

What does the plant help with?

Application in oncological diseases

One of the most important properties of the plant is its ability to infect cancer cells.

Hemlock poisons coniin and quercetin in small quantities stimulate the immune system, setting it up to destroy abnormal, actively growing tumors.

Small doses of poisons are perceived by the body as foreign substances. He seeks to get rid of them, activating all his powers. Along the way, immunity attacks any cells that differ from normal ones, including all kinds of pathogenic bacteria that act externally and internally.

According to adherents of alternative medicine, hemlock inhibits tumor growth at any stage of the disease. It can slow down the spread of metastases and even completely cure cancer.

Everyone's sensitivity to herbal remedies is different. Poisons only push the immune system to fight the disease. Hence the conclusion: the more strength a person has left, the higher the chances of recovery. Since everyone’s health is different, hemlock will help some and not others.

You can find many reviews about the effectiveness of the plant, but the veracity of these statements is difficult to confirm. Official medicine does not advise abandoning traditional therapy in favor of herbal treatment.

The use of hemlock preparations for cancer does not always have a positive effect. Even according to the herbalists themselves, approximately 30% of patients do not develop an immune response. This may be due to immunity to the drug or too weak health.

Supporters of alternative methods believe that natural remedies at least have the right to become part of complex therapy, i.e. with the approval of a physician, they can be used in conjunction with conventional medications. To increase the effectiveness of treatment in advanced cases, it is worth periodically changing poisons. After hemlock, you can switch to aconite or celandine, thereby activating additional resources.

In gynecology

Hemlock preparations are used in folk medicine to treat fibroids and cysts of the female genital organs of various locations. Conium maculatum (the Latin name of the plant) is prescribed for cervical erosions, endometrial polyps, benign neoplasms of the mammary glands, irregularities in the menstrual cycle, scanty or painful periods.

To treat the mucous membrane of the cervix and cystic formations of the ovaries, tampons are used, soaked in an infusion of chamomile, sage, calendula with the addition of a few drops of hemlock aqueous extract.

Natural raw materials serve as the basis for the drug Mastopol (against formations in the mammary glands). In 2004, scientists from the laboratory of the Federal State Budgetary Institution NTsAGiP im. V.I. Kulakov conducted a number of studies that confirmed the effectiveness of this drug.

By the end of the first month of treatment, 70% of women receiving Mastopol showed positive dynamics in the form of a decrease in the density and size of formations. After two months of the drug, 60% of patients completely got rid of fibrocystic seals. The remaining 40% showed clear improvements.

From the above it follows that hemlock, together with other homeopathic remedies, really has a positive effect on women's health.

How to take hemlock correctly?

Tincture - how to prepare and use

Alcohol most effectively draws out alkaloids, so the tincture is considered the most potent remedy among hemlock preparations. It is used to treat serious diseases.

The secret of preparation lies in strict adherence to the rules for the preparation of raw materials, strict adherence to recommendations on proportions and holding time. The largest amount of alkaloids is concentrated in a mature plant. Hemlocks need to be collected at the end of flowering and the beginning of fruiting.

Alcohol and plant parts are taken in a ratio of 1:2. Harvested hemlock should not be stored for long. When dried, it loses its beneficial properties.

It is best to prepare the tincture directly at the collection site. Prepare a liter jar in advance with 200 ml of alcohol poured into it. Collect two glasses of inflorescences and seeds. Chop them right on the spot with scissors and pour them into a jar of alcohol. Close the lid tightly.

Upon return, the jar should be placed in a cool place. The product should be infused at a temperature of 15-20°C. The optimal holding time is 40 days. But if you need hemlock tincture earlier, you can reduce this period to 21 days.

The jar should be shaken daily without opening. At the end of the period, the medicine should be filtered. Drain into a clean glass container. Pack it tightly, be sure to label it (so that no one at home accidentally drinks it) and put it in the refrigerator.

As a pain reliever during menstruation, intestinal spasms, and renal colic, the tincture is taken up to 5 times a day, two drops per glass, 20-30 minutes before meals. For other types of pain, you can lubricate the skin over the problem area with a cotton pad soaked in tincture.

Treatment of chronic complex diseases, cancer, tuberculosis, benign neoplasms is carried out according to the scheme. On the first day in the morning, an hour before meals, take a drop of the product dissolved in half a glass of water. On the second day, drink two drops and so on until 13.

Starting from the fourteenth day, the drops are dissolved in a larger volume (2/3 cup) of water. Increase the dose daily to 24 drops.

From the 25th day, the product is diluted in a whole glass of water. Adjust the dose to 40 drops. After this, reduce the volume of the medicine in reverse order to 1 drop.

Several courses are alternated without a break for 8 months. Sometimes at some stage the patient may feel signs of deterioration in health: nausea, dizziness. This does not mean that you should refuse treatment. Just from this day you need to start reducing the dose, without bringing it to the maximum.

The optimal treatment option for chronic diseases may be to gradually increase the dose to 15 drops according to the stated scheme. And then take this amount of the product for 4 months. The gentle method helps to avoid side effects.

Radical treatment consists of taking 5 drops of hemlock three times a day at intervals of six hours. The next day, the dose is increased by one drop. In this way, bring to 30 drops. Reduce to 5 in reverse order. Hemlock is dissolved in a small amount of water. Take before meals (20-30 minutes before).

Hemlock oil

The oil is obtained from freshly picked inflorescences. It is necessary to cut off the juicy, fleshy parts of the plant. They are chopped with scissors. Immediately fill a third of the glass jar with them. Pour vegetable oil up to the neck. Place the container in a cool place for three weeks. Shake daily without opening the lid.

The oil is filtered through cheesecloth. Store in a cool, dark place.

It is used externally:

  • in the presence of cysts and fibroids in the chest;
  • for joint pain;
  • to relieve discomfort during thrombophlebitis;
  • during treatment of hemorrhoids.

Before applying to the skin, the product is diluted again with vegetable oil in a ratio of 1:2.

Side effects of the plant

In the right doses, hemlock preparations cause virtually no side effects. The herb slightly increases blood pressure and increases heart contractions.

If there is an excess of medicine, signs of poisoning are observed: nausea, drooling, dizziness, convulsions, loss of skin sensitivity. Starting from the lower extremities, paralysis develops. Choking can cause breathing to stop completely.

If the first signs are present, emergency measures should be taken. Rinse the stomach and drink the antidote - milk, slightly tinted with potassium permanganate.

Poisoning can occur through accidental contact with any parts of the plant, so you only need to collect it while wearing gloves.

Contraindications for use

Hemlock products rarely cause an allergic reaction. But if the patient is particularly susceptible, he should not be treated with herbal preparations.

It is forbidden to give hemlock to children under 18 years of age, nursing and pregnant women. The tincture is contraindicated in overly weakened patients connected to an artificial respiration apparatus, and in patients who have recently undergone surgery.

Hemlock alkaloids are utilized by the liver, so if there are serious disturbances in the functioning of this organ, such a medicine can be harmful.

Treatment with poisons becomes effective if all conditions are met, so it is better to seek help from competent specialists who will select the correct dose and formulate a dosage regimen.
